I support people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or at a turning point in their lives. In my work, I combine Gestalt therapy and coaching, focusing on awareness, lived experience, and the quality of relationship. Many of my clients are navigating changes in relationships, family life, health, or work and sense a quiet need to slow down and reconnect with themselves.
I work with a sensitive attunement to what is present — emotions, bodily sensations, and what unfolds in the space between us. I have been working as a coach for several years and in therapeutic settings since 2020, which allows me to combine depth with clarity and structure. I welcome people both new to therapy and those with prior experience and offer a calm, supportive space where vulnerability can be met with care and respect.
My approach is experiential and relational. I work with what is present in the moment — thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, and what emerges in the space between us. I have a sensitive attunement to my clients’ needs, especially when uncertainty, vulnerability, or exhaustion are part of the picture. From this awareness, clarity and new possibilities can slowly develop.
I have been working as a coach for around eight years and in therapeutic settings since 2020. This allows me to combine emotional depth with a grounded, practical perspective. I work with people both new to therapy or coaching and those with prior experience, offering a calm, supportive space where nothing needs to be fixed or rushed.
I see therapy and coaching as a shared process — a place to pause, reconnect with yourself, and find ways forward that feel authentic and sustainable.
