I am a psychological counselor and coach working with individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or in transition. Many of my clients are navigating life between cultures, managing high levels of stress, or questioning who they are beneath external expectations.
My work focuses on self-discovery, strengthening communication, and building emotional resilience. Together, we explore your patterns, values, and internal conflicts, so you can make decisions that feel aligned and authentic.
Having grown up in a multicultural environment and lived between different cultural contexts, I am particularly sensitive to the complexities of identity, belonging, and adaptation. I researched the intersections of culture and identity, and worked in transcultural environments. I understand the tension between personal, familial and cultural expectations.
I offer an authentic, respectful, and non-judgmental space. At the same time, I believe growth requires challenge. I will gently challenge limiting beliefs and recurring patterns to help you gain clarity and take meaningful steps forward.
I work with an integrative approach, drawing from humanistic psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and evidence-based coaching methods.
Our sessions are collaborative and goal-oriented. It is important to me that you feel heard, understood, and taken seriously. This empathetic foundation creates a space where authenticity is possible and where meaningful challenge can also take place.
Insight alone is often not enough for sustainable change. When appropriate, I offer practical reflections or exercises between sessions to help you apply what we discuss to your everyday life. We then reflect on your experiences, adjust where necessary, and deepen the process.
My aim is to support not only understanding, but real-life integration.
