I’m a Psychologist with an integrative, evidence-based approach – helping adults navigate anxiety, distress, grief, and life transitions, with compassion – offering a space that supports steadiness and self-understanding
You don't have to have it all figured out. This is a confidential space to slow down, feel understood, and find your way back to yourself.
Whether you're navigating acute overwhelm, emotional exhaustion, stress, burnout, anxiety, grief, professional pressure, or the complexity of living between cultures — you don't have to carry it alone.
Together, we explore what is weighing on you, deepen your understanding of your psychological processes, and find new ways forward — at your own pace.
Hi, I´m Claudia
Psychology has always fascinated me — not just as a science, but as a way of truly understanding people in the most challenging moments of their lives.
Growing up between Colombia and Germany, navigating life as a single mother, and leading international teams has given me a deep, personal understanding of threshold moments, identity questions, and the feeling of being torn between worlds. This lived experience shapes everything I do.
I bring this human perspective together with a background in Psychology and over 20 years in psychological counseling and research. A significant part of my work has been rooted in work and organizational psychology, where I closely researched what factors influence our psychological stability — through stress, life transitions, role demands, and the very personal weight of inner overwhelm. Both in professional contexts and in the complexity of everyday life.
My belief: Psychological struggles are not a weakness. They are your system's deeply human response to everything you have had to carry. My focus is never on what is "wrong" with you — but on what you need to grow and find your footing.
I meet you where you are: with warmth, clarity, and genuine respect for your unique story.
My Approach: Scientifically grounded & on eye level.
For me, psychological counselling is about understanding the deeper layers of your patterns—not only what is happening, but also what is happening within you and which needs are waiting to be seen and understood.
My work is based on an integrative psychological approach that sees the person as a whole – with thoughts, emotions, bodily experiences, and the relational and life contexts that shape them.
I do not follow a rigid method. Instead, I draw flexibly from evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral, systemic, and emotion-focused work, always guided by what feels helpful and appropriate for you in the moment.
This allows us to address both current challenges and deeper patterns in a way that is tailored to your individual needs and process.
Where it feels supportive, I may also integrate EMDR-informed techniques to help regulate emotional stress and unblock stored experiences, supporting your nervous system in finding relief.
In addition, hypnosystemic elements can be included to connect conscious awareness with inner imagery and body-based experience, helping to gently shift and transform stuck patterns at their root.
Everything unfolds at your pace – with clarity, warmth, and deep respect for where you are right now.
