Hi, all!
I’m a positive psychologist and Latino migrant who has called Germany home for the past fifteen years, shaped by the journey of crossing cultures, languages, and inner landscapes. With an MA in Intercultural Conflict Management, I’ve spent my life learning how people break, heal, and rebuild — including myself. I’ve battled anxiety, depression, and panic attacks like a stubborn knight who refuses to drop the shield, and I carry those scars as proof of resilience, not weakness. I’m also a friend, a husband, a parent, and a runner who finds clarity in movement. My faith keeps me rooted without needing to be the headline. Altogether, it’s complicated — but in the way real lives are: layered, imperfect, and deeply human.
My approach is informed by lived experience with anxiety, depression, and panic attacks, which helps me recognize symptoms, patterns, and coping behaviors with clarity rather than theory alone.
I work in a trauma‑aware, structured way, focusing on practical tools that build resilience over time instead of relying on abstract optimism. Movement, breathwork, and somatic awareness play a role in my sessions because they support regulation and focus, and they align with what I’ve learned as a runner about the mind–body connection. My faith provides personal grounding but does not shape the therapeutic agenda. I work relationally and directly, drawing on my roles as a friend, husband, and parent to stay realistic, empathetic, and solution‑oriented. My goal is to help my clients understand what’s happening, why it’s happening, and what concrete steps can move them forward.
