One in five people possesses the trait of high sensitivity. Highly sensitive persons (HSPs) are often particularly empathetic, great at perceiving lots of detail, and have a heightened sense of aesthetics.
At the same time, HSPs face numerous challenges because our world is not "designed" for high sensitivity. The result can be increased stress levels and the feeling of being different. In the worst case, burnout, depression, or anxiety may develop.
In my practice, I specifically support HSPs in finding an appropriate way to manage this trait, so they can benefit from its advantages and manage the aspects they may perceive as negative.
Even if you are unsure whether you might be affected, I can assist you with the diagnostics.
