About me
I am a Dr. of Psychology (Ph.D) and counsellor from Athens, Greece, and I live in Berlin since 2012. Being a non-binary person myself, I am fully aware of the particular, deep and complicated psycho-social issues that LGBTQI people face in their life, and I have the highest motivation to work with them online and help them to be whatever and whoever they want to be and enjoy their life.

Approach
As a counsellor I have been trained in the person-centered Counselling approach of Carl Rogers, which gives absolute priority to the principles of self-determination and self-fullfillment. My approach is that psychological distress and suffering is not individual pathology. For me there are no "patients", there are unique and wonderful human beings with a deep inner impulse towards self-actualization and self-fullfillment, and a deep inner knowledge on how to achieve it. By deeply empathizing with them in their unique way to experience and see themselves and the world, together we manage to activate this impulse and this knowledge which is unique to every single human person.
