About me
From a small town in the south of Chile, working and living in Berlin since 2021.
I have worked in both clinical and educational settings, giving me a balance between depth and reflection, and concrete tools that are necessary to face day to day life. I believe, however, that the most important thing for successful therapy is the bond of trust that we can build. It may seem difficult to achieve on platforms like these, but that's not something that a good conversation cannot fix.

I work from a systemic narrative perspective, that is evaluationg how one's own personal narration of one's life is affecting our wellbeing. We analyze past experiences in order to re-write our life's story, one that could help you feel better about yourself, your relationships and the environment where you live in. What would you like your life's novel to be like?
I offer a safe space that would adapt to your needs and what best works for you. We can talk about your emotions and feelings in depth , with a long term perspective, but also about the day to day problems, building new solutions together.
