Glad that you are here! As a counsellor, I strive to create a warm, unconditional, and empathetic space where clients can safely engage in deeper self-reflection and develop a fuller understanding of themselves.
My workflow is informed by both professional training in psychology and my lived experience navigating cultures, identities, and transitions across India and Germany.
I’m particularly interested in how our early relationships, attachments, stories, religion, spirituality, and cultural backgrounds shape who we become. My sessions reflect this inclination, and I try to help clients explore these layers, understand emotional patterns, and walk toward a life that feels more authentic and grounded.
With my experience as a psychologist in India as a starting point, I plan to make my sessions culturally informed and integrative. My sessions are grounded in thoughtful, client-oriented, and relevant psychodynamic principles. Although my sessions are predominantly CBT-informed, I make space for a wide range of needs, demands, beliefs, and metaphors that my clients bring in. My goal is to empower you to rediscover your inner resources, develop healthier emotional, cognitive, and relational patterns, and help you lead a fulfilling life.
I was working as a Counselling Psychologist in India. I worked with clients who showed signs of anxiety and depression. Previously, I also worked with children with developmental delays, learning disorders, ADHD, and Autism. I also had an opportunity to work at a psychiatric hospital where I worked with clients with a wide spectrum of difficulties, including psychosis, depression, mood disorders, OCD, and PTSD.
I have a masters in Psychology from Fergusson College, Pune, India.
I am doing my second masters in Psychology(Clinical Focused) in Berlin, which focuses more on the psychoanalytic principles.
