My intention is to integrate mindfulness, the body and parts work to foster a compassionate and direct therapeutic experience.
This process often involves healing old wounds, learning to navigate feelings of pain and vulnerability, and developing resiliency.
--- from old patterns to new possibilities ---
Change can be difficult, not because there is something wrong with you, but because old patterns of protection and learning still live in the body. We repeat what was once helpful to us, even when it no longer fits the present.
What if we create a space where your mind and body can reconnect? A space where what is beyond words can emerge. Exploring together in mindfulness can reveal how your emotional history and inheritance lives right here and now. Incorporating the body’s intelligence can deepen insight and healing that conversation alone cannot access.
As awareness deepens, patterns begin to soften and new possibilities emerge. You start to feel more choice, relate more authentically - with curiosity and an open heart.
--- integrating mindfulness, the body and parts work ---
Sessions invite you to gently slow down, to notice and allow what’s happening in your body and inner world: sensations, feelings, movements, images, thoughts, memories...
We listen to the body’s intelligence and approach your inner experience as something to be understood, not pathologized or fixed.
We explore what’s already here with attention and care, and develop the relationships between you and your internal parts.
Bringing curiosity and kindness to your experiences, you learn to befriend who you are rather than struggle against yourself, and allow change to unfold naturally.
--- feel more fully yourself ---
People often arrive when something feels challenging or stuck: in their relationships, in their body, in how they relate to themselves and their emotional history.
Others come simply because they’re curious, wanting to (re)connect with their body, discover new depths in themselves, or live with more authenticity and heart.
Together, we can gently slow down, explore the layers beneath the surface and create space for new possibilities.
