I am a licenced psychotherapist with a lot of experience in supporting people, couples and families in crisis situations. I am very open to different ways of approaching and understanding life and relationships and have a lot of respect for how people (can) cope with difficult life circumstances. I grew up in a multicultural home in Germany and have lived and worked in different places in Europe and the Middle East. I believe in the power of connection, which we can find within ourselves and in relation to others. Seeing how people can grow, change themselves and their circumstances continues to inspire me and leaves me feeling humble and grateful to be able to accompany such processes.
I use systemic therapy, meaning that I focus on exploring (hidden, forgotten) resources. I believe that people have an inner wisdom that can help them to develop and change but it can feel unaccessible or lost during crisis or difficult times. I try to support people in finding hope and a connection to their inner wisdom, needs and wishes. I am very open to different cultural experiences and contexts. I use a systemic approach in individual and couples therapy but also in coaching and supervision on work related issues.
I offer couples therapy for couples who want to develop together or couples who do not know whether and how they can continue. In couples therapy I will support you in:
Every therapeutic process is unique and I am open to see how we can develop a good process together.
