About me
Ich bin approbierte Psychologische Psychotherapeutin für Erwachsene mit Vertiefung in Systemischer Therapie (ST) sowie Systemische Kinder- und Jugendtherapeutin und Systemische Paar- und Familientherapeutin. Nach einigen Jahren in Kliniken und Beratungstellen arbeite ich nun als ambulante tätige Psychotherapeutin in eigener Praxis.
I am a licensed psychological psychotherapist for adults with specialization in systemic therapy (ST) as well as a systemic child and youth therapist and a systemic couple and family therapist. After several years in clinics and counseling centers, I now work as a psychotherapist in her own practice

Als systemische Psychotherapeutin ist es mein Ziel, Sie dabei zu unterstützen, aktuelle Krisen oder Verletzungen aus der Vergangenheit zu bewältigen und neue hilfreiche Wege gemeinsam mit Ihnen zu erarbeiten. Ich begleite sie gerne dabei, wiederkehrende leidvolle (Beziehungs-)Muster zu erkennen, zu hinterfragen und Neues auszuprobieren.
Meine Arbeit ist durch Humor und einen lösungsorientierten Blick geprägt. Sie, Ihre Stärken und inneren Ressourcen stehen dabei im Vordergrund.
Ich achte dabei auf die Balance zwischen einer Beatrachtung möglicher Ursachen in der Vergangenheit und einem Fokus auf das Hier und Jetzt.
Jede Therapie wird individuell den Bedürfnissen des Klient*innen angepasst.
Mit der emotionsfokussierten Paartherapie unterstütze ich zudem auch Paare dabei Ihre Emotionen als wertvolles Tool und inneren Kompass zu nutzen um so mehr Klarheit über die eigenen Wünschen und Bedürfnisse innerhalb der Beziehung zu schaffen.
