Michael Klaus

My name is Michael Klaus, I was born in Thuringia in 1979 and have a wide range of pedagogical and interdisciplinary skills. After studying philosophy and politics to become a teacher, I began my professional career in various primary and secondary schools. My interest in the challenges of parenting led me to study child- and brain-friendly communication approaches, which marked a decisive turning point in my educational journey. The positive changes in my interactions with my own child motivated me to deepen and professionalize my knowledge and experience. This journey led me to further training as a systemic coach and trainer (ECA), which not only expanded my pedagogical skills, but also strengthened my role as a lecturer and coach in educational institutions. At the same time, I worked for seven years as a trainer and coach in children's and youth sports, particularly in athletics. I now not only integrate the knowledge I have gained into my educational consultancy work, but also pass it on as a management consultant and in intercultural individual case support. With over 20 years of experience, I stand for comprehensive expertise in the field of positive education and personal development of children and parents. My ability to develop new perspectives and strategies, overcome obstacles and successfully deal with fears has not only helped many parents to develop a better relationship with their children, but also benefits people who are in personal crises and have problems dealing with their fears.
