Psychologist for adults, adolescents, children and parents, working in Spanish and English. I work from a Constructivist psychological approach. I do Online and In-person sessions in my praxis in Berlin Ostkreuz.
Hello! I’m Natalia, a Chilean psychologist with over ten years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults.
I hold a professional degree in Psychology and specialized in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy from a Constructivist Perspective. Additionally, I have clinical training in Emotional Regulation Therapy. Through years of practice, continuous training, and participation in various congresses and workshops, I have developed the skills to support both children and adults effectively.
I started my private psychotherapy practice in 2017 in Chile. After moving to Berlin, I continued my independent work as a psychological counsellor, offering support to families and people of all ages and diverse cultural backgrounds in both Spanish and English. I provide online and in-person sessions at a holistic practice near Ostkreuz, which I co-organize alongside professionals from different nationalities and disciplines.
I am an open, warm, and professional person, committed to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive space for those seeking guidance. My approach focuses on fostering self-awareness, self-acceptance, and overall well-being, always adapting to each person’s unique needs and experiences.
When working with children and adolescents, I provide a space where they feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate their emotions and challenges. I also work collaboratively with their caregivers, offering guidance and tools to support their child’s emotional development.
My goal is to offer a meaningful and enriching experience where you can explore, grow, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and clarity, enhancing your emotional well-being and strengthening your interpersonal relationships.
My practice is characterised by an integrative and personalised approach, grounded in the Cognitive Constructivist theory, while incorporating Emotional Regulation Therapy tools, as well as the gender-sensitive perspective and the rights-based approach.
My approach focuses on exploring without judgment each individual's experiences, contexts, and personal characteristics, considering the impact of gender dynamics and social contexts. Together, we seek to understand how their experiences and relationships have shaped the meanings that guide the way they think, feel, and relate to the world. We aim to understand how these meanings may be affecting their current well-being and work to comprehend, question, and transform the thoughts and beliefs that influence how they perceive themselves, relate to others, and live their lives.
And thus, accompany each person in the process of living more faithfully to their own needs, emotions, and beliefs, while cultivating authentic and meaningful connections with others. By leaving aside external expectations, they can reconnect with who they really are and develop emotional and social tools that foster a more balanced and fulfilling life, moving towards their desired goals and greater well-being.
