Being a professional practitioner and supporting others the best way I can, ment for me to first clear of themes myself and find my own way through life. I had rough times struggling with health issues and challenges and am grateful for the people I met, who supported me.
I got to know methods that were helpful, where mainstream medicine was not making any progress. I experienced that change is possible, where people said it wasn't.
I studied and qualified in the methods that helped me most and i valuate lots, cause they are effective and at the same time very gentle. Some techniques are scientifically recognized in the Western world, others that go back to long spiritual traditions.

What happens in a session? If we meet, we will usually explore your topic in a dialogue first. Sometimes we work with your aim and goal, sometimes it is helpful to track down the problem to its source, to understand the reason for your symptoms or structures. You don't have to be afraid of this - we will not dig more than needed and your soul usually reveals only as much as you are capable to process. I use gentle methods such as kinesiological muscle monitoring to access subconscious information or to identify the age when the problem started. In the next step correlated stress, trauma or stuck emotions can be released and limiting beliefs cleared. A session can include tapping acupressure, guided eye movements, breathing exercises and visualizations or energetic balancing. I might also show you an exercise to do yourself.
Usually clients experience some sort of relief, change or important insight immediately. Every session is self contained. I make no promises of healing.
