My name is Noémi Rongits, and I come from Hungary. At the age of 13, I completed the José Silva Method meditation course, which sparked my lifelong interest in meditation and self-development. Since then, I have participated in numerous advanced meditation trainings to deepen my practice and understanding.
I earned two bachelor’s degrees in Vienna, one in Psychology and another in Cultural and Social Anthropology. Afterwards, I completed my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at the Sigmund Freud University in Berlin. Currently, I am undertaking the Psychotherapieausbildung to become a licensed psychotherapist. I have worked as a psychologist for one year at Martin Gropius Krankenhaus, and presently I treat patients at the Sigmund Freud Ambulance.
My therapeutic approach is primarily rooted in depth psychology, allowing me to explore the unconscious processes that influence thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I believe in a holistic understanding of each individual, which is why I integrate techniques from various therapeutic orientations to best suit the unique needs of my clients.
Spirituality is an important component of my work. I incorporate meditation practices, visualization techniques, and breathwork to support emotional healing and foster deeper self-awareness. This integrative approach helps clients connect with their inner resources, overcome blockages, and move forward in their personal growth journey.
