About me
In last 8 years I worked with many different women who were chronically mentally ill and after I heard their stories I was able to see a pattern - a lot of them recalled the very beginning of their disorder - which was after the delivery of their baby. Most of them had classical symptoms of postpartum depression that was just ignored by their families and also by the professionals. Thats why I decided to specialise as pre- and postpartum coach and help as many women as I can - either with prevention during the pregnancy or when the first signs already show. As a holistic pre- and postpartum coach I am also able to give you nutritional and sport tips that can help you to lower the chance of getting PPD or healing it. I believe that the system is not offering women the support that WE NEED AND DESERVE, thats why I am trying to create safe space for you and for your growth. I am looking forward to meet you!

The methods and approach is completely personalised - every woman has a different story and a body and needs different approach. Depending of your needs we will see in which area my support is most needed. Some women need more support in nutrition and the others at physical exercise, but most of them definitely lack mental support. My psychological counselling is goal oriented and is leaning towards cognitive behavioural methods. In the first session we will introduce ourselves and you would tell me about your struggles. In the next one we would go through some questions about your pregnancy/delivery/partnership/past experiences etc.(whatever is your most important topic in that moment). After that we would set the goals for our sessions and what are possible ways to achieve those. During the following sessions we would validate the behaviour and your emotional state. The ultimate goal of every counselling is a healthy and empowered mum 💪🏼
Experience
-A year and a half in a home with people with disabilities and mental disorders
- 6 years as psychologist and team leader in the integration ambulance for people with mental disorders (mostly depression, BPD, bipolar disorder, anxiety, phobias, anti social personality disorder, pedophilia, dissociative disorder etc.)
- since 2023 I am leading 6 practices around Germany and offering psychological counselling online
