Ich bin Psychologin (M.Sc.) und systematische Einzel-, Paar- und Familienberaterin. Ich habe bereits im (außer-) universitären Bereich als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin (PhD Thema = Growth Mindset und Diversitätsüberzeugungen im Bildungsbereich) sowie als Beraterin im Einzelsetting und Kommunikationstrainerin mit Paaren gearbeitet. Derzeit arbeite ich als Angestellte bildungspsychologischen Bereich sowie freiberuflich als systemische Beraterin.

Ich bin ausgebildete systemische Beraterin und Psychologin (M.Sc.) und arbeite mit dem Konzept des Growth Mindset. Mir ist es dabei wichtig, die Menschen mit denen ich arbeite als Experten ihrer selbst zu befähigen. Jeder Mensch trägt die Lösung für seine individuellen Themen in sich - manchmal sind sie schlicht überlagert durch alltagsbezogenen Stress, eine zu geringe Wahrnehmung der eigenen Bedürfnisse oder Schwierigkeiten eigene Wünsche und Bedürfnisse adäquat zu kommunizieren.
