About me
I'm a trained Master in Psychology with specialisation in psychoanalytic approach to coaching and counselling. I am also a Gestalt therapist in training. I have benefited from more than 6 years of personal therapy, and I have regular supervisions in both methods that I pracrice.

Since 2018 I work with individuals and businesses as a counselling psychologist. Formats vary from one-time consultation to long-term work with psychoanalytic approach.
During the first 1-3 sessions I do my best to propose my view of the situation or condition and how I would approach to it – while also being helpful here and now – and then my client and I can decide together if we will proceed and how it would be

2021 – William Alanson White Institute of Psychiatry, Psychoanalysis & Psychology. Interpersonal and relational Psychoanalysis
2022 – MSc Psychoanalysis and psychoanalytic business consulting. Unique direction in education inspired by close cooperation of the HSE Chair of Psychoanalysis and Business consulting with INSEAD. The programme provides a deep understanding of psychoanalysis and organizational behaviour
