About me
My name is Camilla Storgaard (she/her), and I am a certified counselor specializing in Sexology, Sexual Therapy, and Couples Counseling.
I am deeply committed to helping clients lead more fulfilling lives by addressing personal challenges, fostering positive relationship changes, enhancing sexual well-being, and achieving hormonal balance. In addition to my core expertise, I am also certified as a Holistic Hormone Health Practitioner, allowing me to offer a comprehensive and integrative approach to health and well-being.
I began my journey in this field at the Copenhagen School of Sexology and Couples Counseling, where I had the privilege of training under Joan Ørting and graduated in 2020. My studies focused on addressing the orgasm gap and overcoming orgasmic difficulties, particularly for individuals with vulvae. To further my expertise, I specialized in the holistic treatment of endometriosis at the MindBodyFood Institute.

My approach is rooted in feminist and queer theory, with a strong commitment to body positivity and sexual empowerment. I strive to create a non-judgmental, personalized space where clients feel safe to explore and express their sexuality.
I provide a range of specialized services designed to support your journey toward better sex, relationships, and hormone health. My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, somatic therapy, intimacy coaching, kink-informed therapy, and more. I am proud to offer support that is non-monogamy & polyamory-centered, sex work-affirming, and queer/LGBTQIA++ focused.
I guide and support my clients in connecting the dots between sexual well-being, relational growth, and hormone health. Through this holistic approach, I help you achieve your goals for personal and relational fulfillment. My passion for understanding what makes sex and relationships satisfying led me to specialize in sex therapy and online couples therapy. By exploring the dynamics of how we relate to and communicate with one another, I empower you to break free from destructive patterns and achieve the sex life and relationship you desire.
Whether you're dealing with orgasmic or erectile difficulties, chronic genital pain, loss of intimacy, or other challenges, I work to understand the unique ways your mind and body interact. Together, we'll address your hopes and wishes for your partnership and sex life through a variety of methods, including somatic techniques, breathing exercises, assignments, questionnaires, diary keeping, talk therapy, and dream interpretations. Once we have a clear understanding of the issues you're facing, we'll collaborate to create lasting, positive changes.
