About me
I am a Berlin-based certified gender, relationship and sex counsellor. I have an Msc in Gender and Sexuality from the University of Amsterdam as well as a training in psycho-sexological counselling from France (École De Psycho-Sexologie Paris La Défense). Combining a sociological and psychological approach, I create a safe space for my clients to introspect and improve the quality of their relationships to themselves – and by extension, to others.
Having lived in the US, France, and India, and with Italian, Greek and Lebanese roots, I have developed a deep understanding of and connection with people from all types of backgrounds. My approach is based on intersectional feminism, queer and critical race theory: this means I deconstruct the issues that my clients face in a way that understands how structural and systemic issues infiltrate people’s intimate lives.

- Developing self-confidence and self-awareness in order to know exactly what they want in their current or future relationships.
- Identifying the influence of societal sexual scripts and taking what works and leaving what doesn’t.
- Encouraging radical self-love to enhance body positivity.
- Understanding repetitive conflicts and patterns to start repairing the internal relational compass.
- Discerning how strict gender roles can be hurtful to them and helping clients find the comfortable middle ground between deconstruction and acceptance.
- Helping clients embark on their own romantic revolution to sustain more equal relationships free of violence and domination.
- Creating the space for human connection to powerfully transform their lives. Initiating a client’s reconnection to their eros to become more alive, curious, and spontaneous.
- Embracing the impact of cultural, religious, and racial differences on intimacy, and acknowledging how identity and intimacy are intertwined.
