Creative expressions like writing, painting and dancing as well as deepdiving inside music and books helped me getting through my own personal processes since I have been a child. That was a really great experience since my family could not be as supportive as they would have wanted to.
After studying intercultural communication at Humboldt University in Berlin and nourishing my curiosity about languages, I decided to change focus and studied creative therapy, specialising in music, art and writing therapy.
I worked several years in a social institution with drug addicted adults, two years in a rehabilitation clinic for psychotherapy and psychosomatics and seven years in a multiprofessional team of psychiatrists and therapists in a clinic for family therapy.
As I am still going on being amazed by the high range of possibilities creative & imaginative healing arts are offering, I follow my path on that wonderful way completing it with bodywork and dance therapy and offer now also online therapy for individuals and families (or mum-child/ dad-child teams).
