About me

I'm a queer neurodivergent human, working in the intersection between social justice and dance therapy. I'm training to become a dance-therapist and my approach is tied to my understanding of healing justice. I’m not the kind of counsellor who just listens silently and nods. For me, healing happens in spaces of trust and mutual respect, where we show up as ourselves—messy, complex, and full of contradictions. I believe in the power of deep connection and being present for each other’s stories. My role isn’t to fix you but to walk alongside you.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
ACT: Acceptance and Commitment TherapyRecommended for those who want to stop fighting negative thoughts and learn how to live with more acceptance and focus on what really matters in life.
Body therapyRecommended for those who want to connect their mind and body to release stress or trauma through physical sensations and movement.
GSRD (Gender, Sexuality & Relationship Diversity) TherapyRecommended for those seeking affirmative support and guidance while navigating the complexities of identity, sexuality, and relationships.
Dance & Movement coaching holds a unique and transformative potential because it connects mind, body, and spirit in a holistic way. It’s a method that directly engages with how we experience and process our emotions through the body, recognizing that our bodies hold both our past and present stories. I work with people who want to explore healing through movement and embodiment, especially those engaged in activism, social justice, or who feel disconnected from their bodies. All identities and experiences are welcome here. Anti-Oppression Framework: The Political Body: In this space, we acknowledge that "The personal is political". Your body is not a separate entity from the world; it is a living archive of culture, power, and history. To be connected to your body is a radical act of reclaiming what society—through systems like capitalism and colonialism—has taken from you: the right to feel, rest, and exist fully. Healing Justice, Not Pathologization: My approach is tied to my understanding of healing justice. I reject the idea of "fixing" people, as that concept is rooted in systems that pathologize difference. Healing is not about erasing pain, but about learning to be in relationship with it while walking alongside someone who meets you with compassion and courage. Active Witnessing: I am not a counselor who just sits silently and nods. I believe that everything intersects, and I am committed to constantly unlearning and acknowledging how systemic power (intersectionality) is present in our session.

Experience

I love the work I do, i firmly believe in the impact of dance therapy and being able to witness folks tuning into their body and feeling more fully themselves is one of my favourite things. At the moment I give workshops and individual sessions but am planning to give group counselling in the future.

Education

I trained to become a dance therapist at NEURAUM Berlin from august 2022 till July 2025.
