I am a neuroscientist and dance movement therapist.
After having focussed on the human psyche from a more scientific perspective during my studies, I got to know the power of dance and body work when I moved to Berlin in 2011. I trained as a dance movement therapist to learn more about the many ways to address psychological problems by integrating verbal and body psychotherapy methods.
For me creative and bodily expression are the strongest source of clarity, depth and vitality within myself. Whenever I face a problem, I try to dance, write, sing, paint and move it – and I always feel more connected and clear afterwards.
My aims in life are to help and connect people and to support their personal growth.
Experiencing how my therapeutic work allows this makes me deeply happy and thankful.
