I work primarily with couples. The focus is on the individual's needs and wishes in relation to the partnership.
The question is: how can everyday life or intimacy, professional life or sexuality, the TV evening or holiday time be experienced together in such a way that each individual feels alive?
My way of working with clients comprises four aspects: Holistic view, focus on resources, the question of meaning and future orientation.
I see my clients as people who are holistically engaged in the couple relationship. Spiritual, mental and physical aspects are equally important in the relationship and are taken into account in my work.
My approach focuses on activating and utilising my clients' existing resources and strengths for the partnership.
An important aspect of my work is to look together with my clients at what is experienced as meaningful and significant in the relationship.
Ultimately, I support my clients as a couple in developing a positive outlook for the future and setting goals that can be achieved.
My therapeutic work aims to strengthen my clients' self-confidence and self-efficacy, to help them recognise their personal values and live by them.
I support them in utilising crises as opportunities for personal development, promoting their ability to self-reflect and take responsibility for their own actions.
I treat my clients with appreciation and respect for their individual personality and life situation. I create an atmosphere of trust for our dialogue in which my clients feel understood and accepted.
My therapeutic approach is based on logotherapy and existential analysis according to Viktor E. Frankl and Alfried Längle.
