In my practice as a Gestalt therapist, I offer individual one-to-one sessions.
Gestalt therapy is a humanistic method of psychotherapy.
In the theories that formed this therapeutic direction, people are viewed holistically in their relationships. Body, mind and soul, as well as the experiences that shape us, result in a constantly changing self. The self is created in contact with the other person - we can use this realisation together in the therapy setting to enable you to have new experiences.
The basis of my working method is the central importance of the relationship between client and therapist. I work with the greatest possible authenticity, accompany you at eye level and place your experience at the centre of the work.
Gestalt therapy creates an experiential space with so-called experiments. This can involve working with the ‘empty chair’, constellations, visualisations, movement in space, work with musical instruments and a focus on the body and body awareness.
