At the heart of my approach is a commitment to openness, empathy, and non-judgment. I bring a trauma-informed and neurodiversity-sensitive perspective to my psychological work.
My background in Gestalt means I work with the ‘here and now’ exploring how past experiences affect your present relationship with yourself and others, helping you to develop more awareness of how you are.
Through building trust and a secure connection together we will explore the challenges which have brought you here, looking at your unique experiences and identity and whatever feels ‘stuck’ in your life. I will listen and support you in moments of vulnerability, and challenge you when a different perspective might be helpful.
Through this process you will hopefully gain a sense of calm and groundedness, as well as an ability to make more empowered decisions in your everyday life.
