As a Gestalt therapist, I support individuals and couples in times of crisis and during processes of change – with empathy, structure and without rigid categories. Sessions are available in person, online or outdoors.
My path into psychotherapy was not straightforward: I first studied economics and worked in educational research before following my interest in psychology and psychotherapy. I discovered Gestalt therapy through a friend whose clarity and presence deeply impressed me.
Through my training in Gestalt therapy, I learned to develop greater trust in myself, to approach new situations with more courage, and to live with greater ease. This is an experience I would like to share and support people in their individual development.

Gestalt therapy is one of the humanistic approaches, placing the person at the center. This is also reflected in my way of working. I work calmly, with structure and empathy. My attitude is open, without rigid categorizations – I look at each situation anew.
As Gestalt therapy is a strongly experiential and process-oriented approach, I complement the classical conversational format with creative elements such as symbols or music.
My personal background also shapes my work: I have lived abroad several times and was the first in my family to study at university. This allows me to bring an understanding of different social contexts and cultures into my practice.
