Hypnotic trance is a natural state which, as a therapeutic tool, allows quick access to trained information and behavioral patterns. Here, playful creativity can be used to explore, recognize and transform in a surprisingly efficient way what has previously caused symptoms such as stress, suffering, addiction, pain and unwanted behavior.
These experiences, coupled with trainable impulses for everyday life (e.g. through self-hypnosis, hypnonapping) are anchored in conversation and integrated permanently and sustainably.
