About me
Before I started my studies in early childhood education in 2003, I lived one year in Egypt.
So my professional path started at the Freie Universität in 2007 as a lecturer and project manager in the field of educational science and pedagogy until I began my therapeutic training at the Institute Society for Systemic Therapy in Berlin in 2012.
Since 10 years I have been working in family counseling centers and have been supporting numerous people in overcoming the challenges in their lives and to support them, especially in times of crisis, to give them strength and stability.
I also worked with refugee families for 4 years. Through this I reached in-depth intercultural knowledge, especially from the several countries of middle east and several african cultures. I have a lot of experience with binational couples in couples therapy.
While I was working I did my degree in Heilpraktiker for psychotherapy and startet my other focus of my work in trauma therapy with EMDR, inner parts work (ego states), resource-oriented and body-oriented, with imaginations according to Luise Reddemann, since 4 years now.
Another qualification that I am now beginning is the emotion-focused couple therapy training, I already did the basic-training and I am fully convinced that this method is lastingly effective for couples.
I still lecture for an institute of systemic therapy and the organization save the children on various topics such as couple therapy, sexual violence, systematic methods, suicidality, resilience and trauma.

I have a holistic view of my clients and believe in their growth potential and the inner need for self-development. Healing life-history injuries and blockages requires a safe and trusting space and a trusting therapeutic relationship.
For me, psychotherapy, is in addition to a high degree of empathy and to accompany you in these growth processes and to enable a safe space for new experiences and change processes.
I am there to meet your questions, in crises and worries with deep understanding and to work on your life story and current stresses with the help of various well-founded therapeutic methods.
Together we will go to your inner places where injuries and pain live and I will support you in making your path of healing accessible to you. For a new experience of your self-efficacy and self-confidence. To find a home in yourself again, with higher self-acceptance and more security, as well as a sense of well-being and closeness in relationships with other people. Changes will also be noticeable in the therapeutic process in the areas of conflict ability, stress tolerance and resilience. This unfolding inner peace usually goes hand in hand with growing vitality and curiosity about life.
Formalities:
For a single session the price is 90 Euro for couple therapy it´s 150 Euro.
Of course, something can also come up in your planning and you cannot keep your agreed appointment. If you inform me 48 hours in advance, I will cancel the treatment free of charge and offer you an alternative appointment. Up to 24 hours before I charge 50% of the fee for the hour. I have to charge for appointments that are canceled less than 24 hours or not at all.
As a therapist, I am subject to confidentiality.
My clients' trust in my confidentiality is of the utmost importance, which is why I myself do not pass on any data or information. If clients require confirmation in any form, I will only give it to the clients themselves to hand out. The duty of confidentiality is never-en
