My work is designed for those who are ready to move beyond psychological insight—beyond simply understanding why they are the way they are. Maybe you already know your patterns, but you’re feeling stuck, and ready to practice a different way of being: in your body, in your relationships, and in your life.
This work is about meeting yourself honestly, especially the parts that protect, resist, or avoid change. I strive to hold a spacious, compassionate container while also being direct when needed; to gently interrupt patterns so they can be seen rather than unconsciously repeated. I encourage you to confront what’s been hidden, and offer the compassion to meet it with care. For me, growth requires both responsibility and care: taking ownership of how we show up, while honoring the intelligent ways our nervous systems adapted to survive what was missing or overwhelming.
Much of our distress comes from not having had a safe, attuned space to be fully seen in our nuance and depth. Together, we cultivate that space, where we can make contact with what feels honest, raw, and true. To make space for all parts of you; even those that may feel contradictory - without shaming. To deepen your relationship with all of yourself. For me, this work is about building capacity for you to stay present with what arises and deepen your trust in your agency.
I work with what’s happening in real time—in your body, in the relationship between us, and in what your system is still holding. Somatically, your body holds patterns from what never got to be said, felt or seen. These sensations carry messages underneath your discomfort. Together, we listen to your body’s intelligence and allow it to guide the process.
Over time, this work is oriented toward greater freedom, self-trust, and authenticity and expression. I specialize in working with trauma, shame, addictive patterns, people-pleasing, anxiety, depression, psychosomatic symptoms, and the integration of difficult psychedelic experiences. I also have extensive experience working with LGBTQI clients.
