In our work together, I use an integrative approach grounded in two key pillars: body-centred awareness and parts work.
The first pillar involves combining verbal inquiry with somatic awareness. This means we won’t focus solely on cognitive insights; instead, we’ll explore the wisdom of your body. By attuning to physical sensations and emotions, we create space for your body’s stories and resources to emerge, unlocking new pathways for healing and personal growth. This method fosters profound, embodied change that extends far beyond traditional talk-based approaches.
The second pillar involves engaging with the various parts of yourself or personality—parts that may carry unresolved emotions, burdens, or outdated patterns. These patterns might stem from intergenerational, cultural, or societal influences and could reflect beliefs or stories that no longer align with who you are today. Through compassionate exploration, we invite these parts to step back, giving you access to greater clarity, balance, and a renewed sense of agency in your life.
