About me
I'm an international practitioner based in rural Brandenburg, Germany, working exclusively online with clients across the globe.
My career has spanned corporate, entrepreneurial, and human-centered healing spheres across continents—beginning in sales, brand strategy, and digital media, and evolving into a practice at the intersection of therapy, coaching, and the healing arts. I bring a deeply interdisciplinary background, having explored transformation through psychological, somatic, and spiritual lenses.
My own path has been one of radical self-exploration—unravelling inherited narratives, social conditioning, and unconscious performance to create a life rooted in integrity, self-leadership, and truth. This lived experience informs the work I do.
Many of the individuals I work with are highly self-aware—intelligent, introspective, and deeply reflective—yet they struggle to embody their own wisdom. They know their patterns, but remain caught in them. I understand this intimately because I’ve lived it. My work is about bridging that gap—turning insight into integration, awareness into action, and potential into something fully lived.
*I also offer supervision and mentorship for coaches, therapists, and practitioners seeking reflective space to refine their work, integrate parts-based and somatic approaches, and stay in integrity while holding others.
