From an Integrative perspective I am influenced by modalities that assist us to further clarify and explore your current concerns in a way that brings new insights and perspectives, in turn fostering the power to establish a more self directed living. Working with Solution Focused Therapy, CBT, Existentialism, and Narrative Therapy modalities our sessions are open supportive spaces to explore all the threads of who you are and process potential unhelpful beliefs, habitual behaviours, relationship cycles, self critical thinking and other states that keep you from who you can be. I have experience working with affected motivation, sustaining meaningful relationships with others and self, depression, generalised and specific anxieties, the Incel community, expat/relocation stress and unemployment stress.
