My focus is on supporting adults through life transitions, and inner struggles. I also work with issues such as mood disturbances, destructive patterns, crises, trauma, dilemmas, stalled communication, conflict, alienation, loss of meaning, career challenges, expat life, relationships, love, pain, and helping individuals realize their potential and find serenity.
