About me

Most people come to me at a turning point. Sometimes it's professional: stepping into a leadership role for the first time, a team dynamic that's wearing you down, a career decision you keep circling. Sometimes it's personal: a move to a new country, a relationship ending, an identity shift, or the quiet exhaustion of being the person everyone relies on. Often, it's both at once because life rarely keeps these things separate.

What makes my coaching different is that:

  1. I've spent over a decade on the inside of how companies actually work. As a recruiter, people partner, and P&C lead in international organizations (including SoundCloud), I've coached managers through difficult feedback, restructures, and team conflict and sat in the rooms where those decisions get made. When we work on your leadership or your career, we're not working with theory, but with how these systems really operate.
  2. And when the work is about life itself, belonging, direction, rebuilding after change, my own path shapes how I approach you. I've lived through my share of turning points: leaving the country I grew up in and making homes in six others, reinventing my career more than once, closing a 13-year chapter of life and starting again, and building a creative life as a music artist alongside my professional one. Those years of movement and adaptation shaped how I understand identity and belonging and I know from the inside what it takes to let go of a version of your life and build one that actually feels like yours.

If you're accessing coaching through your employer's programme (EAP): our sessions are for you and what we discuss stays between us. We can work on what's actually happening at your job, manager dynamics, leading your own team, workload, boundaries, whether to stay or go.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
CoachingRecommended for those who want support and motivation to achieve personal or professional goals, often with a structured, goal-oriented approach.
Holistic approachRecommended for those who want to address their mental health through a balanced focus on mind, body, and spirit.
Systemic approachRecommended for those who want to look at how different systems—like family, work, or society—affect their behavior and relationships.

Coaching, to me, is never just about the individual.

Our choices, struggles, and growth are always shaped by the systems around us: our families, communities, workplaces, cultures, and social expectations.

I take a systemic and holistic approach. Rather than focusing only on internal change, we also explore the wider context you are part of, the relationships, structures, and environments influencing how you think, feel, and act.

What coaching can we do together?

  1. Life coaching: May focus on navigating a major transition, reconnecting with your sense of purpose, finding balance, or making sense of an important life decision.
  2. Leadership & Career coaching: May focus on developing your voice, strengthening people skills, navigating conflict and ambiguity, leading with a clear direction while staying empathetic, and building resilience.

What's my approach?

  1. Systemic coaching: Helping make visible the environments, dynamics, and structures that shape your decisions, relationships, and sense of agency.
  2. Alfred Adler's individual psychology: With its focus on belonging, contribution, courage, and navigating social dynamics.
  3. My background in social sciences and People & Culture work: This allows me to hold space for questions around identity, power, culture, organizational dynamics, and relational patterns with nuance and care.

Who do I work with?

Company leaders and people managers, immigrants and international professionals, women and marginalized genders, and highly sensitive people navigating transition, systemic pressure, or the weight of responsibility for others.

What might we focus on?

  • Leadership style and presence: Developing your voice, navigating responsibility, and strengthening how you show up and influence others.
  • Relationships, roles, and social dynamics: Understanding how you build trust, navigate conflict, and relate to others in personal and professional contexts.
  • Identity and belonging: Exploring how experiences of migration, cultural identity, or intersectional identities shape your sense of voice, safety, and belonging.
  • Internalized narratives and self-limiting beliefs: Recognizing patterns that affect confidence, decision-making, and visibility.
  • Balancing personal growth and collective care: Sustaining yourself while also caring for others and contributing meaningfully to the systems you are part of.

What do people leave with?

A decision finally made, a difficult conversation handled, a team they lead with more ease, a transition that finally makes sense, or a way of living and leading that doesn't cost them themselves.

The goal isn't perfection but clarity, alignment, and grounded action that supports both you and those around you ✨
