About me

I’ve always been drawn to the question of what shapes us in our relationships – with ourselves and with others – and how these early patterns influence the way we see the world: how we relate and respond.
Today, as a Heilpraktiker for Psychotherapy, a couples and family therapist, and a systemic coach, I support people in releasing inner burdens, gaining clarity, breaking unhelpful patterns, and shaping new ways forward.

Before finding my path into counseling and therapy, I spent many years as an executive in the film and advertising industry. Working with a wide range of personalities, cultures, expectations, and team dynamics taught me how to navigate complexity and conflict — experience that enriches my therapeutic and coaching work today.

The birth of my child deepened my exploration of the patterns that shape us throughout life. This process ultimately led me to therapeutic work and to engaging with inner burdens such as difficult attachment patterns, anxiety, trauma and depressive experiences.
I work with an integrative approach and a focus on experiences - change arises through lived experience, not understanding alone.
Your individual needs form the starting point of our work, and I draw from different methods that I adapt to your unique situation. Together, we look at burdens and old patterns, give them space and make room for new ways of sensing, responding, and being.

I work with respect, clarity, and without judgment, offering orientation and a sense of safety — with the aim of fostering new connections and building relationships that are supportive and sustainable, including and - most important - the relationship with yourself.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
EFT: Emotionally focused therapyRecommended for couples or individuals who want to strengthen emotional connections in relationships by exploring feelings and attachment.
Integrative therapy Recommended for those who prefer a flexible approach that combines different therapies to meet their unique needs.
Systemic therapyRecommended for those who want to understand how their relationships and environments influence their behavior and emotions, particularly within family or organizational systems.
IDENTIFYING PATTERNS & INITIATING CHANGE
My initial focus is to guide you in developing a deeper sense of attuned observation. Together, we work to identify inner burdens and patterns formed by past experiences and examine the resulting behaviors. Together, we explore these burdens and patterns and understand how they echo into your life and relationships today.

QUESTIONING PERCEIVED REALITIES
Often, our “perceived reality” matches what we experienced in the past but is no longer suitable for our present life and experiences. I support you in feeling and understanding that many of the reactions that are now internalized are no longer necessary. Although they once had powerful meaning, they often hinder us today.

CREATING NEW EXPERIENCES AND ENABLING DEVELOPMENT
Once you recognize these burdens and/or patterns, give them space, you can create new experiences and initiate positive development step by step. This process opens the path to a more authentic life and more sustainable relationships.

BUILDING SUSTAINABLE RELATIONSHIPS
To build sustainable relationships—whether with yourself, in partnership, in your family, or professional life—two important prerequisites must be met:

SELF-RESPONSIBILITY AND AWARENESS
Everyone involved must become aware of their own desires, needs, and boundaries and take responsibility for their behavior. This self-reflection is the first step toward a stable and healthy relationship.

CREATING SPACES FOR SHARED DEVELOPMENT
It requires a willingness to create space for shared development and to engage with each other. Relationships are dynamic and develop in dependence on one another. Actively shaping this process requires time, patience, and mutual trust. Throughout this journey, I will support you with understanding and guidance.

BALANCING AUTONOMY & DEPENDENCE
A sustainable relationship always consists of a balance between autonomy and dependence. Just like a bird that relies on its environment—air, light, wind, and currents—to fly freely, we humans are also part of a network of relationships that shape and support us.
