I’ve always been drawn to the question of what shapes us in our relationships – with ourselves and with others – and how these early patterns influence the way we see the world: how we relate and respond.
Today, as a Heilpraktiker for Psychotherapy, a couples and family therapist, and a systemic coach, I support people in releasing inner burdens, gaining clarity, breaking unhelpful patterns, and shaping new ways forward.
Before finding my path into counseling and therapy, I spent many years as an executive in the film and advertising industry. Working with a wide range of personalities, cultures, expectations, and team dynamics taught me how to navigate complexity and conflict — experience that enriches my therapeutic and coaching work today.
The birth of my child deepened my exploration of the patterns that shape us throughout life. This process ultimately led me to therapeutic work and to engaging with inner burdens such as difficult attachment patterns, anxiety, trauma and depressive experiences.
I work with an integrative approach and a focus on experiences - change arises through lived experience, not understanding alone.
Your individual needs form the starting point of our work, and I draw from different methods that I adapt to your unique situation. Together, we look at burdens and old patterns, give them space and make room for new ways of sensing, responding, and being.
I work with respect, clarity, and without judgment, offering orientation and a sense of safety — with the aim of fostering new connections and building relationships that are supportive and sustainable, including and - most important - the relationship with yourself.
