Holistic, trauma-informed psychotherapy integrating somatic awareness, breathwork and body-based practices within a systemic approach. I offer a compassionate space to reconnect with your body and access inner resources.
I am a psychologist and dance artist originally from Bolivia, currently based in Berlin. My work sits at the intersection of psychology, embodiment and somatic practice. Through my interdisciplinary background, I am interested in how emotional experiences, trauma and identity are held and expressed in the body.
I hold a degree in Psychology with a focus on clinical psychology and psychosocial support, and a Master of Arts in Solo/Dance/Authorship from the Hochschulübergreifendes Zentrum Tanz Berlin (HZT) at the Universität der Künste. My training in dance and body-based practices has deeply informed my therapeutic approach, allowing me to integrate movement awareness, breathwork and somatic listening into psychological support.
Over the past years I have worked in Berlin offering somatic coaching and body-oriented psychosocial support, particularly within queer, trans and FLINTA contexts. This work has involved accompanying individuals through processes related to identity, emotional regulation, trauma, and personal transformation.
My approach is trauma-informed, systemic and resource-oriented. I draw from somatic awareness, breathwork and embodied practices to support people in reconnecting with their bodies, emotions and internal resources. I aim to create a compassionate and grounded space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace.
My practice is also informed by feminist, intersectional and decolonial perspectives. I am particularly attentive to the ways social structures, migration, gender and cultural background can shape psychological experiences and wellbeing.
