Online & Berlin: NARM® therapy for developmental trauma, stress, anxiety and relationship patterns. Supporting people to understand their nervous system and develop a deeper connection with themselves and others. DE/EN
I believe that healing happens in relationships—through feeling seen, understood, and accepted just as you are. My work is grounded in a humanistic, trauma-informed approach that honors the wisdom of both the mind and the body. I integrate NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model) and mindfulness-based practices to support lasting change rather than simply managing symptoms. Together, we create a space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace and reconnect with your innate capacity for resilience, self-compassion, and authentic connection.
I work with adults experiencing stress, anxiety, burnout, trauma, relationship difficulties, low self-worth, emotional overwhelm, and major life transitions. I have a special interest in supporting highly sensitive people (HSPs), individuals with developmental or relational trauma, and those who long to feel more grounded, connected, and at ease in themselves and their relationships.
Originally from Poland and based in Berlin, I offer therapy in German, English, and Polish, both online and in person. I value warmth, curiosity, and collaboration, and I see therapy as a shared process where you don't have to face life's challenges alone. Whether you're looking to heal from the past, navigate a difficult period, or deepen your self-understanding, I would be honored to accompany you on your journey.
My work is centered around NARM™ (NeuroAffective Relational Model), a trauma-informed approach for healing developmental and relational trauma. NARM focuses on the connection between our nervous system, emotions, identity, and relationships. It helps us understand how early experiences shaped our ways of coping, connecting, and protecting ourselves — and how these patterns may continue to influence our lives today.
NARM does not focus on analyzing or repeatedly revisiting traumatic events. Instead, it supports present-moment awareness and explores the adaptive patterns that developed when important needs for safety, connection, trust, autonomy, or belonging were not fully met. Through a compassionate and collaborative process, we work toward greater nervous system regulation, self-understanding, choice, and the ability to create more fulfilling relationships with yourself and others.
NARM can be especially supportive when you experience:
Connection with yourself
Nervous system regulation & emotional patterns
Relationships & attachment
Developmental & relational trauma
Through NARM, the focus is not on what is wrong with you, but on understanding the intelligent adaptations that helped you survive and supporting the natural movement toward healing, connection, and wholeness.
