I believe that commitment, empathy, and a non-judgmental space, where all parts of the individual are welcome, create the conditions for transformation. I support individuals, couples, and groups in navigating their inner landscapes and creating meaningful, lasting change.
My work spans a wide range of topics, including parenthood, family planning process, life crises, loss, grief, anger, attachment, anxiety, depression, burnout, sexuality, boundaries, needs, doubts, relationships, communication, LGBTQIA+, vulnerability, and self-worth.
I have developed a deep understanding of the therapeutic qualities of psychedelics, alternative relationship models, and sex-positive environments, and I integrate these perspectives into my practice to ensure a comprehensive and inclusive approach.
My practice is body-centered, self-resourcing, and incorporates the insights of the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model. I believe in the power of allowing suppressed parts and emotions to surface and be met with compassion, while moving at the speed of trust - slow is fast - allowing for deep and lasting transformation.
By honoring and addressing the needs of their parts, individuals can reduce inner conflict, heal emotional wounds, and create a foundation for healthier relationships with themselves and others. Guiding individuals and couples through self-discovery and self-compassion, I help them understand their parts and nurture their inner children, leading to greater self-awareness, inner harmony, and integration.
If this resonates with you, feel free to get in touch.
From mid-September, I will have space for two more couples—romantic, friendship, or family. Initial calls are available now.
