About me

I’m originally from Brazil and have been living in Berlin for over 13 years. I started offering therapy here when I noticed how many LGBTQIA+ and expat people around me struggled to find a therapist who truly understood their experience—someone who could hold space for the complexity of identity, cultural dislocation, and inner life. That realization became a calling.

Before making this shift, I spent several years in Berlin’s startup scene, but I kept feeling drawn toward something more human and meaningful. That led me to train as a Health Practitioner for Psychotherapy (Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie), with a special focus on inner parts work and depth psychology.

My practice is grounded in presence, empathy, and respect for each person’s unique inner world. I work especially with LGBTQIA+ expats who feel stuck, lost, or in transition, helping them find clarity, connection, and self-trust. While I specialize in supporting LGBTQIA+ expats, my practice is open to anyone drawn to this approach.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
CoachingRecommended for those who want support and motivation to achieve personal or professional goals, often with a structured, goal-oriented approach.
IFS: Internal Family SystemsRecommended for those who want to explore and heal the different parts of themselves that might feel conflicted or overwhelmed.
Jungian therapyRecommended for those interested in diving deep into their unconscious mind to better understand themselves and grow emotionally.
My work is centered on creating a space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported as you navigate life’s transitions. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply unsure of your next step, we’ll explore together what’s asking for attention—gently and at your pace.

Drawing from inner parts work (IFS), Jungian-informed depth psychology, EMDR, and resource-oriented methods, I tailor each process to your needs. This might mean working with dreams and symbols, healing past wounds, or getting to know the different parts of yourself that carry stories, fears, and wisdom. My approach is integrative and collaborative, always guided by the belief that healing happens when we meet ourselves with curiosity, care, and respect.

I work especially with LGBTQIA+ and expat clients who are in periods of transition, loss, or searching for clarity, direction, and deeper meaning. If you’re ready to move from surviving to truly living, we’ll work together to uncover what’s already within you—waiting to be remembered, reclaimed, and lived.
