About me

Many people come to therapy at times of inner tension, when familiar ways of understanding themselves no longer feel sufficient and something within is asking for attention.

I am a Jungian psychoanalyst in training at the C.G. Jung Institute in Zürich. I offer Jungian analysis and psychoanalytic psychotherapy both in person in Berlin and online.

I work with people experiencing burnout, emotional exhaustion, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, trauma, and major life changes such as parenthood or relocation. I also work with those who may not be in acute crisis, but who feel inwardly stuck, disconnected, or drawn toward deeper self-understanding and a more conscious way of living.

For some, this includes intense, overwhelming, or unusual inner experiences: strong emotions, vivid dreams, disturbing images, or uncomfortable states that feel difficult to integrate or put into words. In therapy, these experiences are not rushed toward explanation or quickly judged as pathological. Instead, we explore them together as meaningful expressions of the psyche that can offer orientation and insight when approached with care.

Having lived and worked in different cultural contexts, I am familiar with the challenges of expat life, cultural dislocation, and questions of identity, belonging, meaning, and spirituality. This lived experience informs my clinical work and often resonates with people navigating similar transitions.

I understand therapy as a collaborative effort. A sort of living laboratory, where I carefully provide you with a reliable, safe, and containing space so that exploration and experimentation can unfold naturally at your own pace. Together, we explore your past, but equally important, we tap into your unconscious creative resources to open new possibilities for your future. This approach often supports a greater sense of self-trust, presence, and coherence in life.

If this resonates with you, you are warmly welcome to send a brief message about what brings you to therapy and whether you seek online or in-person sessions in Berlin. The initial consultation is online and without obligation. I aim to respond within 24 hours.

Jungian therapyRecommended for those interested in diving deep into their unconscious mind to better understand themselves and grow emotionally.
Psychedelic integration therapyRecommended for those who have had psychedelic experiences and want help understanding and integrating the insights into their everyday life for personal growth and self-discovery.
PsychoanalysisRecommended for those who want to explore how their unconscious mind and early experiences affect their current behaviors and feelings.
Initial Consultation (free of charge)

The first meeting is a 50-minute consultation. It offers us the opportunity to get to know one another, to speak about what brings you to therapy, and to see whether my way of working feels like a good fit for your needs. During this session, we also consider which therapeutic format and frequency would best support the work. There is no obligation to continue after this initial meeting.

Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy (minimum once weekly)

Psychoanalytic psychotherapy takes place at a regular weekly time. This frequency provides the continuity necessary to explore emotional difficulties, recurring patterns, relationship struggles, and questions of meaning as they unfold in everyday life. Weekly sessions are considered an essential part of the therapeutic frame and allow understanding and change to develop gradually and sustainably.

Jungian Analysis (minimum twice weekly)

Jungian analysis involves a more intensive engagement with unconscious processes and therefore requires meeting at least twice a week. The increased frequency allows space for dreams, symbolic material, and deeper emotional dynamics to emerge over time. This form of work supports a longer-term process of psychological development and individuation and is often chosen by those seeking a deeper exploration of inner life, identity, and meaning.

Experience

I work as a principal investigator at Charité University Hospital in Berlin. Alongside my research work, I offerJungian psychoanalytic therapy in Berlin and online, with additional tranches of sessions held annually in Mexico and Lebanon. I work in both English and Spanish. I am also the founder of Free Dream Analysis, a public project offering dream work in the freedom of public space.

Education

I am currently a diploma candidate at the C.G. Jung Institute in Zürich. Before training as a psychoanalyst, I pursued an academic career in the life sciences, working in the ecology and evolution of complex living systems. This experience continues to shape how I understand psychological processes: as dynamic, relational, and unfolding over time.

Alongside rational thinking, my clinical formation integrates imagination, intuition, and feeling as essential languages of psychological understanding. I work with dreams, images, myth, art, and poetry not as abstractions, but as ways in which inner experience finds expression and meaning. This combined training informs a therapeutic approach grounded in depth, curiosity, and respect for the complexity of each individual.
