Many people come to therapy at times of inner tension, when familiar ways of understanding themselves no longer feel sufficient and something within is quietly asking for attention.
I am a Jungian psychoanalyst in training at the C.G. Jung Institute in Zürich. I offer Jungian analysis and psychoanalytic psychotherapy both in person in Berlin and online.
I work with people experiencing burnout, emotional exhaustion, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, trauma, and major life changes such as parenthood or relocation. I also work with those who may not be in acute crisis, but who feel inwardly stuck, disconnected, or gently drawn toward deeper self-understanding and a more conscious way of living.
For some, this includes intense, overwhelming, or unusual inner experiences: strong emotions, vivid dreams, disturbing images, or uncomfortable states that feel difficult to integrate or put into words. In therapy, these experiences are not rushed toward explanation or judged as pathological. Instead, we explore them together as meaningful expressions of the psyche that can offer orientation and insight when approached with care.
Having lived and worked in different cultural contexts, I am familiar with the challenges of expat life, cultural dislocation, and questions of identity, belonging, meaning, and spirituality. This lived experience informs my clinical work and often resonates with people navigating similar transitions.
I understand therapy as a collaborative and confidential space. A sort of living laboratory, where exploration unfolds at your own pace, within a reliable and containing frame. Together, we explore your past, but equally important, we tap into your unconscious creative resources to open new possibilities for your future. The aim is not to prescribe quick solutions, but to deepen understanding, allowing for movement, meaning, and inner steadiness to emerge over time. This approach often supports a greater sense of self-trust, presence, and coherence in life.
If this resonates with you, you are warmly welcome to send a brief message about what brings you to therapy and whether you seek online or in-person sessions in Berlin. The initial consultation is online and without obligation. I aim to respond within 24 hours.
