I’m a somatic psychologist and psychedelic counsellor, helping navigate preparation and integration of altered states of consciousness to foster emotional processing and personal growth.
My path into psychedelic counselling began in 2017 with a severe burnout that led me to my first Ayahuasca retreat in the Amazon. Over the years, traveling through Peru, Bolivia, and Colombia, I gathered extensive firsthand experience with the indigenous use of psychoactive plants—but also encountered the shadow side of the spiritual travel industry, where shamans and charlatans can be hard to tell apart.
What started as a personal crisis became a professional calling: What started as a personal crisis became a professional calling: I specialised in psychedelic counselling by completing postgraduate studies in Jungian depth psychology at the C.G. Jung Institute Zurich, alongside a degree in somatic psychology with a thesis on ayahuasca in addiction treatment, complemented by specialised trainings in harm reduction and psychedelic integration (ICEERS, Harvard Medical School).
Today, I combine my personal experience with scientific perspectives, proven harm-reduction standards and modern integration practices to help others navigate the psychedelic realm safely and integrate those experiences into their own lives in the most beneficial way.
Experiences of altered states of consciousness can release deep-seated emotional blockages, break down rigid patterns of thinking, and awaken a new zest for life. However, they can also trigger mental instability and emotional overload, especially if you embark on this path without qualified guidance.
Psychedelic counselling can help you prepare for your journey adequately, process what you have experienced afterward, and integrate the learnings into your everyday life.
I support you through all essential phases of the process:
Preparation: Finding the right substance, setting, and provider for your situation, and evaluating potential contraindications and safety concerns.
Inner Readiness: Preparing you psychologically by reflecting on your intention, planning for challenging experiences, and preparing your environment for a safe return.
The Journey: You embark on the actual experience independently. (However, I remain available as a remote safety anchor via WhatsApp.)
Integration & Returning: After your return, we make use of the "afterglow" by making sense of your experience, translating insights into your everyday life, and finding the crucial adjustments for a profound long-term transformation.
Legal Notice: My work is strictly focused on harm reduction, education, preparation, and integration. I do not provide substances, nor do I run underground ceremonies or act as a tripsitter. I offer the professional psychological framework required to make your self-organised experiences safe, meaningful, and functional for your life.
