About me

While failing my studies in business economics, I found my dedication in learning the human mind and body. I studied clinical psychology in Halle (Saale) and Berlin. After my 7-year long post-grad training in psychodynamic therapy at ITGG Berlin and many other professional landmarks, for example by building digital health applications and therapeutics, I am working as a licensed psychotherapist from March 2025 at a beautiful shared practice in Berlin Schöneberg.  All of these influences shaped my approach to work during my journey as a psychologist by integrating the openness of modern (digital) treatment and my studies of depth psychology, philosophy and freudian/adlerian psychoanalysis . Besides this, I am linking my work to several projects in the fields of art, technology and culture.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
CoachingRecommended for those who want support and motivation to achieve personal or professional goals, often with a structured, goal-oriented approach.

Psychodynamic therapyRecommended for those looking to explore their emotions deeply and understand how past experiences shape their present life.
It is our stories that let us grow - they shape the way we perceive and experience relationships and emotion, our inner and outer world. Sometimes transition or crisis keep us distant to our own internal movements. As a therapist and counsellor, it is my objective to help my clients (re-) gaining access to their personal stories, to find a way to get closer to their inner lives and to feel wholesome as the individual they are. I offer counseling in English and German, specialised in topics that face transition, anxiety, work-related topics and eating disorders.  I am a depth-psychologist, with a background in Alfred Adler's Individual Psychology and with a strong interest in working with people's life stories. My training as a licensed therapist at ITGG Berlin (Institut für Tiefenpsychologie, Gruppentherapie und Gruppendynamik, founded by Joseph Rattner and Gerhard Danzer) has a deep philosophical focus, which influenced my work to a comprehensive approach. I see my clients in their wholeness and find it key to explore their individual, current framework as well as their former paths and childhood, to integrate each piece and to draw a complete picture of a person's story.  While working in several psychosomatic - and stress-focused clinics I had the chance to gain broad awareness about the liaison between our body and mind, how both interact and influence each other. It is my personal endeavor to blend this holistic view into my counseling, as well as to grow a sustainable and meaningful relationship to my clients. I believe that psychotherapy can be that missing link between boundaries in people’s connection of their inner and outer world and is adding value in understanding ourselves as an entire person.
