I see relationship as a powerful vehicle for growth, change and self-realization.
Together we create a safe, spacious, intersubjective container for exploration, growth and healing. I respect the uniqueness of individual experience, and work with you in a gentle, precise and realistic way, always on the basis of your needs and intentions. Sometimes we need to try things out and get curious about what's happening.
My practice combines depth-psychology (psychodynamic/psychoanalytic) with mindfulness and the latest research in personality development (attachment psychology, interpersonal neurobiology), as well as drawing on body-oriented approaches.

I work both top-down (thinking and understanding) and bottom-up (feeling and experiencing), responding in the present moment and tracing connection and disconnection.
I believe in the subtle, life-changing power of bringing more of ourselves into our lives and relationships.
I believe you can trust yourself and the inherent wisdom in who you are. My practice is about connecting with that inherent wisdom for your natural unfolding.
My practice honors the courage it may take to reach out to another human being.
I am a certified master practitioner of the NeuroAffective Relational Model – an advanced approach to working with attachment, relational and developmental trauma. Like many practitioners, I draw on so many techniques and schools of thought that it would be overly complicated to write about them all here.
