I use different counselling and therapeutic techniques. As main tools I use CBT (cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy frameworks and techniques and SFBT techniques (Solution focused brief therapy). DBT and mindfulness have also big role in my work. As my theoretical basis I also use humanistic and existential psychotherapy approaches and ideology. I think that by recognizing our mental, behavioral, emotional patterns, spotting difunctional ones and changing them through persistence and using the necessary tools, we can achieve our highest potential and the biggest satisfaction in life.
