I have been living in Germany for over 11 years and working professionally as a counselor and social pedagogical family practitioner. Over the past seven years, I have supported families, migrants, and refugees navigating complex emotional, relational, and social challenges. My work includes family conflict resolution, parenting support, and helping individuals recover from trauma and high-stress life transitions.
Through my experience working with diverse cultural backgrounds, I have developed a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approach. I integrate principles from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and systemic family perspectives to support both individuals and families in rebuilding stability, clarity, and healthier relationships.
I am deeply committed to creating a safe, respectful, and confidential space where clients feel heard and supported. I believe meaningful change begins with understanding, emotional safety, and practical tools that empower long-term growth
My therapeutic style is structured yet compassionate. I combine trauma-informed care with CBT principles and systemic perspectives to help clients understand patterns, regulate emotions, and improve communication.
I work collaboratively, meaning we explore challenges together at a pace that feels safe and manageable. I focus on practical tools, emotional awareness, and building clarity around relationships — whether individual, or family dynamics.
Above all, I aim to create a respectful and confidential space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful and sustainable changes
