My approach is integrative, which means that I draw from different therapeutic models, (i.e. psychodynamic, relational, person-centred, trauma-informed) in order to support my work with you.
I am an Integrative/Humanistic Psychological Counsellor (PGDip, BACP & UKCP accredited course) with a BA in Psychology and a Master in Psychosocial Intervention. Having lived in Spain, the UK, and now residing in Berlin, helps me empathise with the challenges faced by individuals from diverse socio-cultural backgrounds.
Previously, I worked for Humanitarian Projects in Greece and at Bristol City Council's care homes, where I supported children with developmental trauma. These experiences have been invaluable for both my professional and personal development, providing me with a remarkable perspective that I can apply to my sessions.
During my practice as a therapist in the UK (NAOS charity) I worked with individuals who experienced developmental and sexual trauma, anxiety, gender dysphoria, as well as , who wanted to better understand the relationship with themselves and others.
My passion for counselling and therapy is deeply rooted in my desire to continuously learn about both myself and the world. I am mindful of the contexts and systems we all live in and I deeply care to create a warm, non-judgemental and empowering space for you to explore and understand yourself. In this process, I believe that everyone has their unique rhythm and pace, which I am committed to follow and respect at all times.

My approach is integrative, which means that I use a combination of modalities to support my work with you, mostly psychodynamic, relational and person-centred.
My focus is also on our relationship; working on it, we can co-create the conditions that will contribute to the strengthening of your sense of self, which can lead to more satisfaction in your connections with others.
Moreover, I am mindful of the contexts and systems we all live in. I deeply care to create a warm and empowering space, so you can explore and understand your emotions, thoughts and behaviours. In this process, I believe that everyone has their unique rhythm and pace, which I am committed to follow and respect at all times.
Finally, I incorporate mindfulness techniques to help you cultivate present-moment awareness and inner calm. This approach can significantly reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and foster resilience. By practicing mindfulness, you can better process trauma, gain clarity, and develop a sense of empowerment to navigate life’s challenges. Mindfulness can help you to live your life more present and peaceful.
