I’m Paloma, an Argentine Psychological Counselor originally from La Pampa and now based in Berlin. I hold a Licenciatura in Psychology from Argentina, followed by specialized training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and contextual approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I am currently deepening my work through ongoing training in Gestalt therapy.
Over the past years, I have supported individuals in their emotional processes, helping them navigate personal challenges and move toward greater balance and well-being. As a Spanish-speaking migrant, I deeply understand the complexities of living in a new country—questions of identity, belonging, and cultural adaptation. These experiences shape the sensitivity and perspective I bring to my work.
My counseling approach is integrative, weaving together principles from DBT, ACT, and Gestalt therapy. I support individuals in developing the capacity to hold both acceptance and change—acknowledging emotions as they arise while also cultivating the tools needed to move toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
I work with people who experience intense emotions, relational difficulties, or moments of internal confusion. In our sessions, we explore ways to build a more compassionate relationship with your emotional world, strengthen your ability to navigate challenges with greater clarity, and foster healthier, more intentional connections. I do not view suffering as something to be “fixed,” but as something to be understood in its context—listened to with presence, curiosity, and respect. Through this process, space opens for new insights, choices, and ways of relating to yourself and others.
My role is to offer a non-judgmental, safe, and authentic environment where you can express yourself freely, feel genuinely met, and move forward at a rhythm that feels right for you.
