I was born in Caracas - Venezuela, from a family of different cultures in which I became interested in understanding the different ways in which culture and society intervene in our developmental processes as individuals. I studied psychology and specialized in social psychology as a path to continue understanding the person within culture and how to become autonomous and finding one's own unique voice within the boundaries that social structures provide.
I continued my studies in the areas of lacanian analysis, body-mind techniques and expressive arts therapies which have in common the look for the personal truth and the very own means of expression that each singular individual needs. As well, as how physical and psychological symptoms are a door to access our inner self.
I believe that when we are able to express our own truth we can encounter our inner strengths and resources to navigate through the circumstances and unease that we experience in being alive.
