Are you having problems managing things at home, in the workplace, or with your relationships? I incorporate counselling techniques and my background in psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral theories, including ACT, to help us quickly identify areas for positive change. I provide both short-term and open-ended individual counselling. All sessions are currently virtual.
My clients ideally leave a session feeling encouraged and motivated, and with a clear sense of next steps or areas to work on to continue towards their goals. We will focus on practical, immediate steps to help address any pressing issues, while also taking a deeper look inward to help you better understand your self and to make positive changes for the future.
