If you’ve spent years feeling like you're too much for people, always behind with no chance of catching up, or somehow just out of sync with the world around you, you're not alone.
Most of the systems out there weren’t built for the way an ADHD mind works.
I was diagnosed with ADHD at sixteen and spent years learning how to work with my brain instead of against it. In my experience, trying harder to mask yourself doesn’t fix anything. Blaming yourself doesn’t fix anything. You're not the problem. You probably just need a different approach.
I am trained in Narrative Therapy and Video Therapy, and specialize in helping people with ADHD traits, diagnosed or not, find more emotional stability, rebuild internal trust, and create systems that are designed for the way their mind naturally works.
If any of this resonates with you, feel free to reach out for a free 20-minute consultation to see if working together feels like a good fit.

- I’m constantly people-pleasing or masking to get by.
- I feel emotionally overwhelmed and don’t know how to handle it.
- I use substances or distractions just to cope.
